Results-oriented development professional with proven programme management, coordination, fundraising, and leadership achievements. Seven years of senior level experience in programme development, strategic planning and fundraising, and three years of experience coordinating large multi-country projects in work on three different continents – North America, Europe, and South America.

• Recognized for success in launching and funding new Regional Programmes at the ICJ in Africa, Europe and the CIS, and MENA (2008-2011).
• Successful design and launch of new Law and Business JD/MBA Program at New York University, attracting a major gift of $10,000,000 from an individual donor (2007-8).
• Designed and coordinated, in Chile, the most highly-evaluated country component of the new international education programme IHP Human Rights (2013).
• Met and exceeded fundraising goals at NYU and the ICJ, while overseeing stabilization and funding increases at the Observatorio Ciudadano.
• Fully fluent in Spanish (7 years of work experience) and advanced fluency in French (four years of work experience).
