Professional Experience:

Over 20 years experience of working at various senior leadership positions for government and several international nonprofit organizations. I had the opportunity to work with senior officials in the White House and United States State Department and senior staffers from both Republican and Democratic parties in the U.S. Congress. The areas where I gained extensive experience include advocacy, grassroots mobilization, policy development, familiarity with the U.S. legislative process, media, event planning and fundraising. I have worked closely with foreign development agencies such as the United States government (USAID, DRL and PRM), Canadian, EU, Japanese governments, and international NGOs such as IFES, National Democratic Institute, National Endowment for Democracy and ZeroPoint Security.

During my professional development, I have had the opportunity to gain competence in areas related to fundraising, project ideation, execution and management. I have strong research, analyzing, writing, resource mobilization, organizational development and leadership skills. I have worked with multiple stakeholders, senior leadership, donors and consultants.
