Under the authority of the Director of the Division for Education 2030 and direct supervision of the Head of the Unit for Associated Schools Network (ASPnet), the incumbent provides administrative and operational support for the Unit's programmatic and financial activities: receiving/analysing/distributing correspondence; monitoring deadlines; preparing routine correspondence; reviewing outgoing correspondence in English/French; maintaining information systems and databases; preparing draft contracts and entering details into FABS; following up on contract processing/payments; general administrative tasks including leave/attendance; searching/compiling/reviewing data for documents, work plans and budgets; running reports for budgetary updates; proofreading/editing/formatting using MS Office; collecting and presenting ASPnet programme information.
