Référent Processus, Outils Et Formations - Domaine Finances (F/H)
Médecins du Monde, an activist association working for over 40 years to care for the most vulnerable populations, is recruiting a Référent processus, outils et formations – domaine finances at its headquarters in Saint-Denis. Context: the ERP project is deploying SAP to improve financial and logistics management at MdM France. After deployment in France (headquarters and delegations), the project enters a second phase of rollout to international missions. Under the supervision of the head of management control, you will coordinate the business workstreams of the management control department (Headquarters, France, International): continuous improvement of finance processes, procedures and tools; implementation of these with change management and user support; coordination of finance tool evolution needs. Missions: (1) Development of financial tools, especially SAP and SAC: BUILD phase (needs analysis, design workshops, specifications, functional acceptance testing, data migration quality control, end-of-project review) and RUN phase (steering maintenance, development and updates of SAP, SAC and SAGA, liaising with the vendor and IT). (2) Coordination of process and procedure development: mapping finance processes, harmonising procedures and documentation, deploying Moodle to replace the procedure library, leading working groups, defining monitoring indicators. (3) Financial training: identifying new training modules, coordinating annual training for financial coordinators, ensuring quality of field training. You directly manage a team consisting of a process, tools and training officer (finance) and SAP finance deployers. Profile: Master's level in economics-finance or management; solid NGO financial management experience; field experience as financial coordinator; training and needs-analysis experience; team management experience; prior ERP deployment experience; knowledge of an ERP (SAP or equivalent); fluent French and English. Conditions: replacement fixed-term contract (CDD) with guaranteed visibility until at least 6 January 2027; full-time, cadre status; gross monthly salary €3,663; telework up to 110 days per year; 13th month; meal vouchers; 100% health insurance coverage; 5 weeks of leave plus 22.5 RTT days; 50% transport reimbursement; travel in France and internationally.
