Mission:
Reporting to the Head of the SMSP sector and working closely with the MEAL and SI teams, you will participate in a structuring project aimed at optimizing the organization of knowledge and exploring the opportunities offered by generative AI in the service of Action Against Hunger's programs.
Specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Needs analysis and knowledge structuring:
Identifying and prioritizing business needs in AI and knowledge management.
Mapping existing processes, information flows, and repositories.
Structuring data, taxonomies, metadata, and document repositories.
Generative AI and tool improvement
: Conducting a benchmark of relevant generative AI solutions.
Defining and specifying priority AI use cases.
Designing, testing, and documenting a Microsoft Copilot prompt library.
Governance, quality, and compliance:
Formalizing update, validation, and quality control workflows.
Developing recommendations regarding data governance, security, and GDPR.
Implementing best practices for using AI tools.
Supporting teams and the SMSP-MEAL project:
Writing user guides and support materials.
Preparing and leading workshops and awareness-raising activities.
Coordinating, capitalizing on knowledge, and supporting the SMSP-MEAL project.
Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and possesses the following qualities:
You are a Master's student (or on a gap year) in AI, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or Applied Computer Science.
You have a good understanding of generative AI (LLM), prompt engineering, and AI tool evaluation.
You enjoy needs analysis, tool benchmarking, and knowledge structuring.
You are familiar with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot, SharePoint, Teams); Copilot Studio and Power Automate are a plus.
You are comfortable with data structuring and Excel/Google Sheets.
You are autonomous, rigorous, analytical, and enjoy teamwork.
You are aware of ethical issues and GDPR.
You are fluent in French and can read technical documentation in English.
Employment conditions
Mandatory Condition: Must have a valid internship agreement issued by a French educational institution.
Internship Duration: 6 months (based in Montreuil, 102 rue de Paris) starting in September
Salary Conditions:
Paid internship at €4.57 net per hour (based on a 35-hour week). Weekly working hours (38.75 hours).
Meal vouchers worth €8 (60% covered by ACF).
50% reimbursement of public transport costs.
Remote work: ACF has a remote work policy that governs activities requiring mandatory presence at headquarters, while allowing you to perform part of your work remotely. Regular attendance at the Montreuil headquarters is therefore expected, according to a schedule agreed upon with your manager. In addition, approximately three days per month are dedicated to meetings and team events.
