Assignment :
Within the Logistics Department, the Logistics Tools and Methods service is responsible for: Leveraging, enhancing, and structuring logistics data to produce reliable analyses and management tools, and proposing optimizations to logistics processes and performance;
improving the quality and structure of logistics data;
identifying and utilizing logistics data sources (information systems, Excel); mapping, data quality control and reporting of anomalies; optimizing processes/tools; applying and promoting best practices in data management; formalizing management rules (KPIs, indicators, reference data); and implementing best practices for data structuring and transformation. The service also
produces reports, maintains existing reports, and improves reporting;
supports logistics performance analysis;
promotes and disseminates a data-driven culture among headquarters users and field representatives;
and contributes to data and IT projects incorporating a data dimension.
Profile:
A graduate with a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, you have 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence applied to the analysis of logistics data (transport, warehousing, inventory, forecasting, and operational performance).
You are proficient in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard creation, and reporting) as well as advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot tables, and complex functions). Knowledge of SQL, data warehouses, and logistics tools such as ERP, WMS, or TMS is a plus.
Known for your rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, you demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, and a keen eye for detail. You can transform complex data into actionable insights and support users in interpreting reports. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you collaborate effectively with business, IT, and operational teams in a continuous improvement and results-oriented approach.
Employment conditions
• Status: Integrated Manager - Permanent Contract - Full-time
• Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
• Salary:
- €2,890 to €3,500 gross per month over 13 months depending on experience
- Seniority bonus after 3 years of service at headquarters (For permanent positions)
• Benefits:
- 25 days of paid leave per year and 21 days of RTT (or 19 days of RTT for autonomous managers) - Director: fixed-rate contract, 35 days of paid leave
