Full Time Paid Internship in Public Policies for Green Transition
Technopolis Group is looking for a full-time paid intern in public policies for at least 6 months, starting in Autumn 2026 or January 2027, based in Paris and assigned to the Green Transition Business Unit. The internship must be sponsored by the intern's university (stage conventionné).
Role: The intern will support policy evaluations, sectoral and technical studies, strategic support and consultancy projects for major clients in France and at European/international level, e.g. French Regional Councils, the French Development Agency, ADEME, the European Commission (DG RTD, DG ENV, DG CLIMA, DG ENER) and multilateral development banks. The intern will also contribute to business development activities (proposal preparation) and may work on projects linked to other policy areas.
Profile: No previous professional experience is required. Curious and motivated individual interested in an entry-level (analyst) role in public policy, with a specific interest or experience in green transition, climate policy, blue economy, climate finance, climate mitigation/adaptation, energy policy, environment or EU policy. At least a Master's level in a related field (e.g. public policy, economics, engineering, life sciences). Previous public sector or consulting experience is a plus. Strong analytical and writing skills, independence, proactivity, time management and interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-cultural contexts. Fluent in French and/or English; working knowledge of French and fluency in a third language are an asset.
