Under the responsibility of the Director of the institution and in line with the educational project of the course and the institution, the trainer provides initial professional training for students, with reference to the official study program. :
• You will participate as part of a team in the construction of the educational project in line with the regulatory framework and professional developments and/or in response to the needs of the professional sector,
• You prepare, lead and evaluate the training courses or training sequences for which you are responsible. In this context, you promote the development of innovative teaching methods (new technologies, e-training, digital, educational tools, etc.),
• You ensure the pedagogical follow-up of students during their course periods and during internships,
• You collaborate in the evaluation process in accordance with the standards
• You will participate in the operating and working meetings specific to the IFE
• You will participate in study and research work.
You will take part in the institutional life of CRC CVDL, as well as in the various events and days organized by the institute (thematic days, open days, trade fairs).
In this context, occasional trips are to be expected in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
Desired start date: From 01/01/2027
Working time: Full-time on a fixed-day basis
Type of contract: One-year fixed-term contract
Remuneration: According to the French Red Cross collective agreement between €33,000 and €40,000, the upper range (up to €40k) being accessible on presentation of supporting documents attesting:
• at least 6 years' experience as a trainer;
• obtaining a Master 2 or an equivalent degree.

Desired profile
You hold a paramedical diploma of the type: Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
A master's degree in the fields of health, education or humanities would be a plus.
Autonomous and organized, your ability to adapt to a multidisciplinary team and an environment made up of multiple training courses and professions are assets for the success of your missions.

In the field of training alone, the French Red Cross' training programme, called Croix-Rouge Competence, is deployed through 11 regional directorates which include 60 training establishments spread throughout France (mainland and overseas). Each year, more than 17,000 people are trained in 30 health and social professions (Nurses ......) through initial training and apprenticeship or validation of prior experience, more than 90,000 trainees in vocational training in the fields of health-social and health and safety at work, and more than 1500 people are supported in the path of pre-qualification (discovery of a profession, remedial training, establishment of a professional project).
