Professional Experience:
•Overseeing a team to ensure the successful implementation of multiple projects within the Division
•Ensuring process optimization of high-level workshops, conferences, e-learning programmes, and Master's Degrees (topics include: anti-corruption, global health supply chain management, cybersecurity governance, international affairs and public policy, collaborative leadership, ESG, interfaith dialogue, water management, renewable energies systems for cities, public services and social innovation, crisis management, youth empowerment, healthy Ageing, and Industry 4.0)
•Attending external international meetings and events as a representative to gather and share information, and to develop relationships
•Evaluating the feasibility and attractiveness of new partnership proposals
•Acting as the first point of contact between the Director and internal stakeholders
•When necessary, representing the Director in internal and external meetings
•Maintaining relations with Permanent Missions and government agencies through official correspondence
•Producing speeches, presentations, and briefings for the Director
•Supporting the expansion of the Division's CIFAL Global Network by negotiating and drafting new agreements with prospective hubs (including the new centres in Lebanon, Georgia, the Gambia, and Rwanda)
•Managing and expanding the Division's e-learning portfolio
•Managing the creation of UNITAR's Global Water Academy
