Professional Experience:

I am an experienced humanitarian and development professional with over 20 years of international experience. I have served as Country Director with ACTED in Moldova and Bangladesh, Area Coordinator in the Central African Republic, and held roles as Camp Coordinator in Bangladesh (Cox’s Bazar, Rohingya Response) and in Sudan (Darfur Crisis), and Project Manager in the Central African Republic (support for partnerships with civil society organisations), in Sudan (expansion of the Foundation’s programs for displaced children
in Khartoum) and in Morocco (strengthening local associations).
I also worked as a Senior Project Manager in France, leading social development and citizen empowerment initiatives, My expertise spans humanitarian operations, civil society strengthening, citizen’s empowerment, livelihoods and public policy development, particularly in disaster risk reduction and climate change.

Education:

I have a Master's degree in Humanitarian and Development Project Management from IFAID Aquitaine (Bordeaux, France), complemented by a Master's in Human and Social Sciences (Geography) with a specialisation in sustainable development policies (Université du Maine, France). I also earned a certification in territorial development and local project planning, and an earlier qualification in agriculture and agronomy.
